Job Description:

Sr. HR Business Partner (Legal and Finance) Contract Length: 3 months (with possibility for extension) The Sr. HR Business partner will work with a team, supporting the people strategies for global leaders and their teams within the legal and Finance organizations to enhance our ability to attract, retain and engage. This is a critical role, with a focus on driving end-to-end people strategies. In this role, you will partner with leaders supporting their multiple complex and strategic needs. You will work closely with the business as they transform, grow, and evolve their team. You'll report to the Director, Human Resources for the business unit. 3 months contract ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures strong execution of identified people strategies using an enterprise mindset that balances the business needs with company-wide priorities and initiatives
• Drives the organization's talent agenda and provides clear leadership on talent management and succession planning, including assessing, developing, coaching, and mentoring critical executive talent as part of implementing the company-wide talent management processes
• Provides change management counsel and support as an advocate for company-wide initiatives
• Collaborate with leaders to understand their business and talent challenges
• Use data analytics to provide insights and drive decisions
• Collaborate to develop industry leading people solutions to global problems and transform HR
• Drive employee engagement and culture activities
• Various other projects and tasks as required REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with Master degree or relevant certification preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources or relevant experience
  • Demonstrates an inclusive leadership style with an emphasis on results and developing high performing team members
  • Experience working and navigating globally is a plus
  • Experience and resiliency in leading and supporting transformation and change
  • Proven track record of influencing, leading and facilitating large scale strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills (including presentation skills) across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence, and the ability to build enthusiasm and commitment
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, resourceful, accountable and passionate about driving results
  • An agile and continuous learner with personal resilience and an ability to deal with ambiguity
