Onto Innovation strives to optimize customers' critical path of progress by making them smarter, faster and more efficient.Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesProcess a high volume of vendor invoices on a daily basisResolve issues with vendors on an ongoing basisCalculate and record journal entry accruals for inventory and noninventory itemsManage cash disbursements in Cashpro or local banksCheck reimbursement transactions in Concur to ensure compliance with Company policyProvide support for account reconciliations and other tasks within BlacklineProvide support to the internal and external auditors on an as-needed basisPrepare ad hoc financial reports or work on other specific assignments as requiredQualificationsMust be able to work successfully in a collaborative team environmentGood problem solving, organizational, and time management skills requiredAbility to successfully negotiate issues with vendors and other stakeholdersAt least 5 years' experience processing accounts payable transactionsOracle ERP experience is preferredBasic understanding of US GAAP AccountingDetail oriented and used to processing a high volume of dataGood communication and interpersonal skillsExcel, Word, and Outlook experience requiredUniversity Degree in finance or accounting preferredOnto Innovation is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
