Physician Assistant | General Practice Location: Soledad, CA Employer: The Inline Group Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas - Full Time - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Employed Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus: $20000 Compensation: Compensation is determined by level of experience. 1-2 yrs: $140,000 3-6 yrs: $148,106 7-17 yrs: $156,207 18-24 yrs: $164,314 25 yrs: $173,401 Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, free of any monthly premium charge for the employee. Paid leave includes 5 weeks paid vacation, 11 holidays, 5 paid sick days, and 5 days for CME with $4,500 allowance. Loan repayment options via NHSC and SLRP. 403(b) or 457(b) retirement plans. Relocation up to $5,000 for in state and $7,500 out of state. Licensure/DEA reimbursement along with full malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Additional Info: Supplemental compensation to those providers who agree to work at our outlying clinics in South County. - Gonzales 15% in addition to regular salary - Soledad 15% in addition to regular salary - Greenfield 15% in addition to regular salary - King City 20% in addition to regular salary
