Manager, you lead the accounting product area end-to-end (or
deliver a high-complexity product as an IC with unique expertise).
You set vision, own OKRs, and orchestrate cross-functional delivery
to achieve meaningful customer and business outcomes. This role is
ideal for a Product Manager with deep experience building or
integrating products with small? and mid?market accounting
platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, NetSuite). You bring
strong domain knowledge of accounting workflows, data models, and
customer pain points and know how to translate them into scalable,
compliant, and intuitive product experiences. Key responsibilities
Product profitability & strategy: Define/evangelize strategy; align
investment areas and success measures to deliver portfolio
outcomes. End-to-end delivery leadership: Direct discovery ?
launch, manage dependencies across teams, and maximize return on
spend. Cross-channel performance: Shape integrated experiences that
drive adoption, engagement, and revenue— leveraging enterprise
platforms. Customer insight & PMF: Demonstrate deep customer
understanding; validate and scale product market fit. GTM &
analytics: Partner with marketing/sales/ops; define multichannel
strategy, budget, and KPIs to drive growth. Set a compelling
product vision and multi?year strategy for a product area; align
executives and partner leaders to an investment thesis. Lead
multi?team programs end?to?end, sequencing work across squads;
managing risks and negotiating resourcing across functions.
Architect the KPI and forecasting model for the area; tie leading
indicators to financial results and govern them. Shape
cross?channel experiences at scale, eliminating systemic friction
to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue. Sponsor organizational
change (enablement, policy/process updates) that unlocks customer
and internal adoption. Own and evolve integrations with accounting
platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage), ensuring accurate data
flows, reconciliation, and a seamless customer experience. Partner
closely with accounting software providers and internal finance,
risk, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable financial
integrations. Translate accounting workflows (GL mapping,
categorization, reconciliation, close processes) into intuitive
product capabilities for SMB customers. Identify opportunities to
deepen value through accounting?adjacent features (automation,
reporting, controls) that drive adoption and retention. Ensure
integrations meet enterprise?grade standards for accuracy,
auditability, security, and compliance. Basic Qualifications
Product Management experience Preferred Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or Computer Science
preferred, or equivalent work experience Responsible for product
teams delivering solutions end-to-end or for high-complexity
products as an IC. 10 years of product management experience Expert
strength in vision/planning, product development strategy,
decision-making, lifecycle, change management; experience shaping
cross-channel experiences and scaling adoption; mentoring PMs and
influencing practices beyond your team. Direct product experience
with one or more accounting software platforms (QuickBooks, Xero,
Sage, NetSuite, or similar), either as an integration partner or
core platform contributor. Strong understanding of SMB accounting
workflows, including expense categorization, GL mapping,
reconciliation, month?end close, and financial reporting.
Experience shipping and scaling financial data integrations with
high expectations for accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
Ability to partner effectively with finance, accounting, risk, and
compliance stakeholders while delivering customer?centric
experiences. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which
means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week
and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the

$148,495.00 - $174,700.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified
