Job Description Job Description Robert Half’s marketing and creative client is seeking a Senior Print Designer for a 1–3 month contract role. This on-site, 40-hour-per-week opportunity in the Greenfield, MA area; candidates must work onsite 5 days/week. The Designer will conceptualize and execute high-impact print materials, focusing on both long-form and short-form projects such as brochures, catalogs, posters, and multi-page documents. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce long- and short-form materials Lead full-cycle design projects, managing timelines, resources, and delivery Collaborate with marketing, production, and other teams to ensure alignment with brand standards Oversee project workflows in tandem with stakeholders Ensure all designs meet print production specifications and maintain consistently high quality standards Provide creative direction and mentorship for other designers Qualifications: Degree in design, communication, or similar 5 years of experience in print graphic design Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong conceptual and production design skills Experience with both long-form and short-form design, including multi-page layouts Solid understanding of print production and prepress processes Excellent organizational and project management skills Self-starter Leadership skills
