Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A K-12 school in Tracy, CA, is seeking a Special
Education Teacher to support students with moderate to severe
disabilities during the current school year. This contract position
offers the opportunity to deliver tailored educational services in
a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage
a caseload focused on moderate to severe special education needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
aligned with students unique learning goals. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain
accurate records and provide ongoing assessments to adjust teaching
strategies. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and
school staff. Adapt instructional methods to accommodate diverse
learning styles and needs. Qualifications: Valid Special Education
credential for K-12 education. Experience working with moderate to
severe disabilities in a school setting. Strong knowledge of
special education laws, regulations, and best practices. Ability to
deliver individualized support to students across a range of
disabilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
