We are looking for design engineer in the Logic team to join our
Advanced Memory Design Engineering team.
- Convert Micro-architecture specifications to implement RTL
functions using Verilog/ System Verilog.
- Develop a test design using formal verification tools and
functional verification environment.
- Develop logic verification methodologies including RTL
synthesis, Low Power Analysis and Static Timing Analysis, DFT
implementation, Clock Tree Synthesis, Full chip Floorplan &
- Engage in technical challenges to ensure alignment with project
- Drive technical efforts necessary to bridge any spec gaps.
- Communicate efficiently between design teams, logic, process,
product / test engineering and architecture teams.
0-2 years of experience in the field of Electrical Engineering.
Master's degree is preferred.
- In depth knowledge of Verilog, System Verilog, Logic Design &
RTL2GDS Design flows.
- Knowledge of Design & APR tools including DC, CDC, Primetime,
Power Artist, PTPX or similar tools.
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso or similar design suite
- Scripting experience in Python or Perl.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Design experience with NAND or DRAM or SRAM or similar memory

- An employee's pay position within the salary range may be based
on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant
education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2)
