As a key member of Bigfoot's DevOps team, the senior devops engineer is responsible for maintaining the Bigfoot's cloud platform. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain our CI/CD infrastructure.
• Maintain and build automation utilities using Python / Shell.
• Build HELM charts for Kubernetes orchestration
• Build automation for monitoring of applications and infrastructureEducation and Experience Requirements
  • BS degree in computer science and 8+ years of DevOps or related experience, or equivalent. The ideal candidate will also have some or all of these skills and experiences:
    • Self-motivated engineer who lives and breathes automation for maintaining high available infrastructure for a health care company.
    • Experience building Jenkins pipelines using groovy
    • Experience writing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
    • Experience with public cloud infrastructure preferably AWS.
    • Experience writing automation using python or any scripting language.
    • Experience working with container technologies like docker and Kubernetes.
    • Experience with container orchestration tools like HELM.
    • Experience supporting 24 * 7 infrastructures and highly available systems in internet or health care space.
    • Experience with Maven and Gradle a huge plus.
    • Demonstrated track record of strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Self-starter who can work and collaborate with other members of the organization
    • Experience in an FDA-regulated environment, a strong plus.Physical Demands
