Job Description:

RF Test Engineer (Radar) This person-- will work directly with product design teams to streamline development processes and to provide lab services including debug, rework, benchmark, prototype and test consumer electronics wireless products. You should have hands on knowledge of different RF/ Over The Air (OTA) measurement systems/chambers and other communication equipment, inventory management and the necessary infrastructure required to support multiple engineering teams.Scope;

• Responsible for performing RF testing mainly for wireless communications products and Radar according to CE and FCC standards.
• Be able to create test plan from relative standards and execute the test plan effectively
• Assist the TLM in evaluating the training need for the employees under his supervision.
• Responsible for the HW/SW Maintenance/Calibration of specific test systems and is the system expert
• Create test reports
• Synchronize with the Project Management team and other test teams (e.g. antenna performance, Bluetooth, WI-Fi, acoustic) on current projects.
• Experience of testing for 5G and mmW will be a plus
• Experience of testing for automotive devices will be a plusJob Requirements:
  • 3+ --of experience in EMC, Radio compliance testing
  • Bachelor degree or higher in electrical engineering with emphasis on RF/EMC is preferred
  • Solid understanding and experience withRF/ OTA testing standards FCC, ETSI, CEE
  • Test & troubleshooting experience in an R&D environment with a solid understanding of product delivery life cycles.
  • Familiar with RF/OTA test equipment - Spectrum analyzers, test receivers, signal generators, amplifiers, antennas.
