Job Description Job Description Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician PAY RATES: $30-$40 Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns as they occur on the manufacturing floor. Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment according to schedule. Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors. Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines. Collaborate with team members and leads to analyze and solve complex technical repairs. Calibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance. Essential Skills Industrial maintenance Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Electrical troubleshooting Mechanical troubleshooting Additional Skills & Qualifications PLC Troubleshooting - Mitsubishi or Allen Bradley Robotic Troubleshooting - Motoman or Fanuc Pneumatics Hydraulics Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
