of Position: We're in search of a dynamic Civil Engineering
Designer who is highly motivated and results – driven. As a vital

Innovation, Inclusion. Responsibilities: Apply civil engineering
concepts to develop solutions to project challenges Preparation of
construction plans, cost estimates, reports, and other project
documents Coordination with review agencies, clients, and
sub-consultants for permit application Preparation of grading
plans, profiles, road design, and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Research regulatory requirements and design standards Perform
detailed and complex calculations for storm water facilities,
utility systems, and roadway improvements Preparation of detailed
technical reports and project presentation materials Assist project
engineers in completing projects in a timely manner and within
project budgets Attend project meetings Qualifications: 1-5 years
of experience in site development design Bachelor’s degree in Civil
Engineering is preferred, or equivalent work experience Experience
with or willingness to learn AutoCAD Civil 3D for site development
Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with MS
Office A desire and/or ability to work in teams to accomplish
shared goals Self-motivated with the ability and desire to deliver
excellent client service Team: You will work with a team of Design
Engineers, Professional Engineers and Project Managers. Work
Location: This is an onsite role that can sit out of one of the
following offices: Bentonville, AR; Roseville, CA; Bellevue, WA;
Chehalis, WA; Kent, WA; Puyallup, WA; Richland, WA; Tampa, FL; or
