Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California
building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with
a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We

aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal

Archer’s mission, we’re scaling production of our cutting-edge
eVTOL aircraft, Midnight 1.0, while planning for the
next-generation Midnight 1.1. This team owns execution across
assembly, integration, and test, managing detailed sequencing,
resolving build challenges, and aligning cross-functional teams to
ensure each aircraft meets schedule and readiness milestones. What
You’ll Do: Own end-to-end execution of manufacturing, fabrication,
and assembly programs for electric propulsion systems, ensuring
on-time, high-quality delivery Act as the primary interface across
Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program
Management Build and manage detailed, task-based schedules
(Smartsheet), driving critical path and holding teams accountable
to milestones Embed with manufacturing teams to support day-to-day
execution, remove blockers, and drive recovery plans to closure
Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure build readiness,
including material, configuration, and production planning
alignment Proactively identify risks, issues, and gaps in
execution, and implement solutions to improve throughput and
reliability Communicate program status, risks, and progress clearly
to stakeholders and leadership What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering or related technical field 5 years of TPM or NPI
experience delivering complex hardware programs Strong
understanding of how products are built, with preference for
hands-on mechanical or manufacturing experience (motors, stators,
winding, etc.) Proven ability to drive execution in manufacturing
environments—not just track schedules Experience managing detailed
schedules and dependencies (Smartsheet or similar tools) Strong
cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without
authority Excellent problem-solving, communication, and
organizational skills in fast-paced environments Bonus
Qualifications: Experience in electric propulsion, electric
vehicles, or adjacent industries (aerospace experience not
required) Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Teamcenter, and SAP
Experience supporting manufacturing ramp, fabrication, and assembly
execution for complex hardware systems Understanding of production
environments and factory operations, including floor support and
build readiness Please note that this job description is intended

a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports
the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting
a base pay between $144,000 - $180,000. Actual compensation offered
will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge,
