About the job 1.Focused on business pipeline development,
product sales and developing and growing a dealer network for our
core products. 2.Strategic penetrations and continued relationship
building to enable Apureda to penetrate the distributor channel
with both national and independent accounts, as well as dealers in
order to increase customer share/revenue within these accounts.
3.Continuously prospecting key accounts, engineering firms,
distributors, resellers, OEMs and key market areas to help grow the
business and market share. 4.Maintains Expertise: Monitors market
conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices,
and sales. 5.Responsible for market analysis and solutions,
collecting customer requirements, and managing relationships with
all customers. 6.Obtain, develop or otherwise prepare, deliver, and
present sales materials, exhibits, and promotional programs.
Prepare for and attend trade shows, exhibits, conferences,
meetings, and other local, regional, and national promotional
opportunities. Serves as a representative of the company at trade
association meetings, industry events, open houses, or other events
at the customer's request. 7.To work with project manager to
prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, commercial terms
and conditions. Oversee customer services through quality checks
and other follow-up; identify and resolve customer concerns.
8.Develop sales plans and sales strategies based on sales targets
9.Track sales plans and make adjustments based on actual conditions
10. Maintain customer base, quotations and calendar daily.
Development of complete customer satisfaction in all accounts.
11.Maintain strong market knowledge and understanding of
competitor's product offering, pricing and go to market plan.
12.Provide regular updates on market conditions and competitor
activity, including upcoming treats/opportunities, as necessary to
assist new product development and marketing. Qualifications Over
2-5+ years experience working in screw compressor or air dryer
field is highly appreciated. Solid Technical/Mechanical and Sales
aptitude with strong industry knowledge A 4-year college or
university bachelor's degree in business or engineering or
equivalent combination of education and professional experience
desired. Strong sales orientation with an entrepreneur attitude
Able to travel Valid driver's license with an insurable driving
record. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business and
technical journal, financial reports, and legal documents.
Experience developing and executing a sales plan
