If you are an experienced Medical Staff Credentialing Assistant
Director looking to join a growing hospital then this is the
opportunity for you! A stellar community hospital in sunny
California is actively looking for a Credentialing Leader to join
their team.This 150+ bed community hospital in the greater Bay Area
is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and is a designated
cardiac center. Many of this facility's departments have been
recognized for providing exceptional patient care including
radiology, cardiac care, and maternal child services. The hospital
has also been awarded for its efforts in achieving environmental
sustainability.Reporting to the Director of Medical Staff and
Quality Improvement, the Assistant Director of Medical Staffing
will oversee administrative duties and operations for the
Credentialing Department, including budgetary oversight and
supporting with accreditation compliance. In this comprehensive
role, the Medical Staff Credentialing Assistant Director will
mentor credentialing staff and actively work with physicians to
build a collaborative work culture. The ideal candidate has
extensive management experience and is CPCS certified. Centrally
located in Northern California, the Assistant Director of Medical
Staffing will enjoy a year-round temperate climate and easy access
to various outdoor activities along the breathtaking Pacific
coastline. Diverse culinary, entertainment, and cultural activities
