Title: Program ManagerLocation: San Jose, CA - (Remote)Localization Program Manager* Work cross-functionally with internal teams to help them localize their user-facing content into 13 languages.* Own the end-to-end process for localization requests from internal stakeholders, handling tight delivery timelines and communicating changes proactively* Actively work with our localization vendors to deliver projects on-time and on-budget* Drive SME reviews and to ensure client's linguistic quality meets expectations in all languages* Document linguistic quality assurance process and gaps* Juggle many projects & project types in parallel and continuouslyRelationship Program Manager* Program manage the go-to-market initiatives that meet joint objectives. Campaigns may include media programs, email, direct mail, drops, launches, and joint events.* Program manage the execution of requested partner programs - including co-hosted field events, co-branded collateral/landing page requests, webinar programs, sponsorships etc. Identify best practices and optimizations for program improvement* Communicate with internal teams, external teams, clients and vendors regarding project deliverables and details* Ensure compliance of usage guidelines to ensure joint programs meet criteria, including reviewing program collateral and driving changes to meet compliance.* Request reimbursement through tool. Work with finance and media teams to ensure funds are received and applied.* Establish joint campaign success metrics, carefully track success and communicate results* Create, track and manage calendars, invoices and budgets
