Centralized Flow Manager




Description:

--- Track the vehicle lifecycle status from production shipment all the way through delivery to customer.

--- Serve as the liaison between the hands on technical teams & the tracking system.

--- Coordinate vehicle handoffs & confirm follow accept and receive from the teams.

--- Escalate/monitor issue resolution regarding inventory, personnel, process & timeline concerns.

--- Track physical location of each vehicle.

--- Monitor vehicle inventory priority & inform onsite staff on next vehicle in queue.

--- Track any off-nominal process flows and/or deviations.




Required:

--- Must be able to work onsite in MTV.

--- Capable of lifting 50 pounds.

--- Strong comm & collaboration skills. Asks for help/clarification when needed. Captures & communicates issues verbally and in writing.

--- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new SW systems & technical jargon.

--- Well organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and communication streams.




Pluses:

--- Previous experience managing operations, working in manufacturing assembly, or similar.

--- Knowledge of the Toyota Production System.

--- Experience using excel, Google docs, etc.
