You're a strategic thinker and proactive executioner that can help transform and scale the collaboration business. You will partner with the organization's senior leaders and the broader cross-functional teams to plan and operationalize the transformational strategy needed to take this growing cloud business to the next level. Responsibilities include:

• Driving strategic initiatives, business and portfolio planning, business management processes, and operations deliverables.
• Accountability for visibility to the business and operational performance and serves as the primary liaison for other internal business groups.
• Responsibility for implementing the "operating engine" for the Rhythm of Business, customer follow-ups, driving process excellence, management reporting (KPIs), and monthly business execution reviews.
• Partnering closely with Finance, HR, and x-Operations teams to ensure targeted data and metrics available for clear/crisp accountability and streamlined decision making, ad hoc analysis, and decision support.
• Partnering with corporate business partners to prepare and uplevel executive updates and insights as needed. This position is people, data, and communications intensive; it requires excellent leadership, critical thinking, independence, organizational, data analysis, and communication skills. We will do all of this, and build a next-generation cloud platform with APIs and an ecosystem that delivers tangible business outcomes enabling our customers to get more jobs done! Who You Are You're a self-starter. You're independent, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized. You act with a sense of urgency. You can quickly drive, communicate and gain support for decisions in unstructured environments. Minimum qualifications include:
  • Bachelors or Masters' Degree in a relevant subject.
  • 4-7 years in a related position. Minimum 10+ years overall experience preferred.
  • Presently operating in a Business Operations leadership role (Senior Manager) within a leading technology or software company preferred
  • Excellent leadership, management, strategic influencing, creative thinking, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to work on their own.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management as well as technical contributors
  • Ability to translate business objectives into goals and measurements.
  • Exceptional team player with the ability to quickly develop and foster stakeholder relationships, and strong collaboration skills, with a proven track record of leading or working with cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; Strong presentation skills and executive presence, with the ability to address and influence both executive and mid-level management audiences.
  • A strategic approach to problem-solving and proactive troubleshooting abilities.
  • Outstanding analytical skills. You can translate quantitative data into impactful recommendations.
