• Provide FW engineering management to our 3rd Party Partner firmware development teams
• Lead the development of 32-bit Arm MCU firmware
• Manage 3rd party partners locally and internationally
• Work with Renesas engineering and marketing team members on product definition, requirements, plans & schedules, etc.Qualifications:
  • BS or MS in CS, CE or EE--
  • 12+ years in embedded
  • Experience leading SW development teams, especially 3rd party developers and offshore teams
  • Expert in embedded C
  • Hands-on experience with software engineering processes and tools
  • Excellent communication skills at engineering and management levels
