Your role

Leading a team of project managers, you'll work with customers and partners to deliver sophisticated security, access control and CCTV solutions on-time, on-spec and on-budget.

The focus will be on project and financial controls, as well as collaborating with our engineering teams and suppliers to keep progress firmly on track.

Much of your work will be office-based, here at the HQ in California, but be prepared for travel to meet customers, as well as remotely managing your team.

You

Ideally, PMP cert from the Project Management Institute
Impressive record of managing complex, high-value projects within the security industry
Proven experience in effectively managing teams remotely
Excellent leader, presenter and organizer who can maintain productive relationships with colleagues and clients
Experience and/or certifications in Lenel and Software House
