SEMI Foundation is seeking an experienced Communications and
Administration Manager with excellent organizational and
communications skills to support communication activities, program
administration, and overall office management. The ideal candidate
will have experience in developing and managing communications
projects including campaigns, social media, presentations, and more
to help promote the Foundation's story; and general office and
program administration, such as organizing meetings and conference
calls, document management, accounting, booking travel,
coordinating and submitting receipts, purchase orders, etc. The
Manager would join a small but mighty team in a supportive
environment where we work collaboratively to accomplish great
things.The Communications and Administration Manager will provide
administrative assistance to the Executive Director; monitor the
budget, support the administering of various global programs; and
create, implement, and disseminate various communications materials
for the team and organization. The Manager will need to be
creative, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
with multiple deadlines and projects at any given time. All team

full-time position which reports directly to the Executive Director
of the SEMI Foundation and is based in Milpitas, CA.CORE
