Job Description:As the HR Director, you will have an opportunity
to help grow and lead a worldwide HR organization. Responsibilities
include the successful deployment of a comprehensive HR strategy
that supports the growth and profitability of the company. In
partnership with the executive team, contribute to the development
of the HR strategy and drive flawless execution of tactical
objectives. You will be responsible to lead and develop a global
team of professional HR business partners and will report to the
CFO.Primary Responsibilities:--- Plan, direct and establish a
strong partnership with worldwide management to ensure successful
achievement of agreed upon goals. Serve as a resource in strategic
and tactical approaches for all HR areas including: recruitment,
employee development, employee relations, policy and procedure
development, training, compensation and benefits, performance
evaluation, organization development, and facility management.---
Develop and recommend a competitive wage and salary structure,
bonus programs, pay policies and adjustment guidelines. Implement
performance evaluation programs, merit reward and bonus programs.
Support managers in executing on performance management, review,
and career development activities.--- Continually review Human
Resource policies, programs, regulations and practices to keep the
company abreast of current trends and new developments. Recommend
and drive improvement to human resource policies, systems and
processes. Ensure overall HR worldwide programs are up-to-date and
aligned with corporate guidelines such as Social & Environmental
Commitment.--- Direct and control the activities of HR and
facilities. Manage, coach and develop HR and Facilities staff to
achieve objectives, including development of department goals,
establishing appropriate timelines, delegating tasks necessary to
complete projects, monitoring progress and maintaining effective
communication with direct reports.--- Build process tools,
collateral materials and presentations to support business
operations initiatives and roll-out. Leverage work across functions
to increase uniformity, efficiency and scalability of work (e. g.,
templates, presentations, surveys, tools, communications, etc.).---
Manage all third-party relationships, some of which include
insurance brokers, facility vendors, and 401(k) administrators.---
Insure compliance with government regulations affecting Human
Resource functions (e.g. EEO, ERISA, AAP, COBRA, & FLSA). Prepares
information requested or required for compliance.Job
Qualifications:--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human
Resources, with minimum of 10 years of experience in human
resources both in a generalist role and in a management level
position.--- Strategic focus with an ability to be hands-on and
drive execution of goals and deliverables is key success factor for
this role.--- Demonstrated success working in a highly
collaborative and matrix environment.--- Well-developed management,
communication, and administrative skills, superior interpersonal
abilities, flexibility and an action orientation.--- Successful
track record of developing and implementing successful compensation
plans and benefits.--- Demonstrated success in consulting,
communication, presentation, judgment and influencing skills with
the ability to adapt style to all levels of management and
employees--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
including meeting/training facilitation--- Strong knowledge of
federal and state Employment Laws and Regulations required.---
Extensive experience with employee relations issues.--- Experience
in evaluating and improving interviewing and recruiting functions
and processes.--- Ability to multi-task and work in a
multi-cultural environment.--- Ability to lead, motivate and coach
a team.--- Ability to speak and read Mandarin Chinese is
