- Responsible for program management of test validation
infrastructure and framework required to validate Enterprise &
Client Solid State Drives (SSDs).
- Collaborate with Client & Enterprise teams to build schedules,
track progress & communicate delays for the programs across all WDT
sites utilizing the new test validation platform.
- Conduct review meetings with development & validation teams on
daily assignments & manage their development & testing tasks.
- Anticipate issues and barriers, identify solutions, proactively
respond; escalate issues as appropriate, and join together relevant
team members to problem-solve
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Systems
analysts, engineers, programmers and other personnel to design
systems and to obtain information on project limitations and
capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
- Define and drive implementation and adoption of Key Performance
Index (KPI), conduct review meeting with all the stakeholders on
the test execution & test quality of the programs for Client &
- Host regular release meetings & executive read-outs; deliver
crisp status updates to all stakeholders and senior leadership
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's
degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree
- 6+ years Software Development Experience and background in
Storage industry preferred.
- PMP and Agile certifications
- Presentation skills and experience with project management
tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a highly collaborative team environment
with multiple in-flight initiatives and stakeholders.
- Able to communicate relevant information clearly and concisely,
both verbally and in writing

Compensation & Benefits Details
- An employee's pay position within the salary range may be based
on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant
education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2)
skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance,
