We run lean, work fast, and pivot quickly to accommodate our customers and keep supply chains moving.As Director of Alliances, you will facilitate our effort to drive growth via alliances and help scale the partner programs and accelerate growth. Your success will be measured based on your ability to execute an effective partnership that achieves mutually agreed objectives, particularly sales and customer outcomes.This is a remote position based in the US and will report to the VP of Alliances.Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing organizations to bring awareness and the use of partner integrations that enhance results for the company, partners, and clients
  • Partner effectively with sales to facilitate co-selling with partners
  • Develop and execute end-to-end business plans with partners that includes clear and transparent mutual success targets, such as quarterly pipeline and sales targets
  • Establish formalized relationship mapping strategy
  • Collaborate with partner team stakeholders and Marketing to craft and execute a go-to-market strategy that includes events, webinars, and thought leadership to drive market awareness and lead generation
  • Collaborate with partner counterparts to drive enablement and awareness within partners' organizations
  • Lead orchestration of critical partner management activities including onboarding, partner enablement, annual business planning, sales pipeline management, and business reviews
  • Continuously assess metrics and outcomes to refine the strategy/direction and execution of the alliance program
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and as a voice for the partner ecosystem.
  • Regularly communicate value of initiatives, sales pipeline, and challenges to the executive/leadership team.
  • Problem-solve effectively with partners and internal stakeholders, proactively identifying bottlenecks to success and escalating effectively, with solutions, where necessaryRequirements:
    • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, consulting, channel and/or alliance partner management at an enterprise software/SaaS company
    • Passionate about solving business challenges with a 'win-win' approach to partnerships
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills with ability to drive growth
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Ability to develop and execute end-to-end business plans in highly unstructured and dynamic environment
    • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
    • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
