Job Description Integra Technologies is looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage complex programs through the development cycle of initial design to production manufacturing. In this role, you will collaborate with intracompany cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and customers to coordinate aggressive schedules and timelines and facilitate the execution of programs. POSITION SUMMARY Manage complex programs through the development cycle of initial design to production manufacturing. This includes collaboration, planning, and driving these projects through the full project cycle while remaining compliant with internal and external customer requirements. Ensure that the resulting solution(s) for external customers is consistent with Integra's operational production flows and meets Integra's committed customer schedules. Collaborate with intracompany cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and customers to coordinate aggressive schedules and timelines and facilitate the execution of programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE Drive multi-functional teams in the delivery of complex frontend wafer and backend packaging solutions to meet Integra's customer requirements. Plan, organize, prioritize, budget, track, and coordinate activities to deliver "Production Ready" solutions with optimized flow-routing and effective operations utilization. Monitor schedules, costs, and resources to achieve program deliverables that meet Integra's quality and business requirements. Identify, escalate, and ensure the resolution of issues impacting the successful execution of programs to plan. Ensure effective communication with external customers and vendors and across Integra's various internal functional groups through appropriate status meetings and program reporting. Identify key program dependencies and risks with appropriate mitigation planning. Prioritize the activities of cross-functional project/program teams. Monitor schedules, costs, and resources to achieve program deliverables that meet Integra's quality and business requirements. Identify, escalate, and ensure the resolution of issues impacting the successful execution of programs to plan. Ensure effective communication within and across Integra's various functional groups through appropriate status meetings and program reporting. Continually keep leadership informed of program status and key issues. Manage/oversee associated purchase orders and build plans. Work with the supply chain to manage program costs. Assist in the evaluation of new capabilities and equipment required for unique customer opportunities. Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Logistics preferred. Experience: The following experience is required: 3 to 5 years in Program/Project Management in a Manufacturing setting. Technical customer interface. Working across multi-functional teams and managing customer expectations. Working with contract manufacturing and EMS companies directly/ indirectly. Team Lead/Supervisory experience to handle small teams. Process background in the semiconductor industry is preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Goal-oriented self-starter with a sense of urgency that works well independently and in a team environment. Strong team player and creative thinker who is able to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors to achieve plans. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of employees from entry to executive level. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. Deep understanding of Engineering development processes and activities. Strong understanding of technical requirements for component test, assembly, and qualification. Effective team player and creative thinker who is able to lead technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors to achieve stated goals. Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships and develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with Integra's customers. Licenses/Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen in order to work on sensitive military and aerospace programs.
