position in our Montague facility in Milpitas.Are you ready to join

Together we can tackle any challenge.The Operations Manager,
Logistics is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the
warehouse facility by taking responsibility for safety and
productivity while overseeing; inbound receiving, on-hand storage,
and outbound order processing.A day in the life of the Operations
Manager Supervises, coaches, and trains the warehouse
workforceSchedules shifts and ensures capacity meets customer
demandOversees and monitors on-hand accuracyTracks cost, and
productivity and create trend analysis and analytical
reportingWorking in conformity with CAL OSHA safety, Federal,
State, and County regulations, and WPL policiesActivity
participates on the WPL safety committee and maintains the
facility's safety recordsMonitors warehouse team, ensuring the safe
use of warehouse equipmentLeads an environment that fosters open
and positive team communication by setting expectations, and
communicating WPL's goals or objectivesEnsures WMS is kept updated
and accurateOversees adherence to project and/or specific customer
scope of work, ensuring quality control and continuous
improvementInvestigates inventory discrepancies, identify the root
cause, and formulate corrective actionsOversees the career path of
a team of warehouse agents, conducting performance reviews and
setting goalsMaintains work schedule of Monday - Friday (8:00 -
5:00) in both a warehouse and office environment, with occasional
overtime and weekend shiftsRequirements:What we need from you A
minimum of five years of experience in inventory control
managementProficient experience with ERP inventory control systems
(e.g. SAP, Oracle )Proficient in using the MS Office SuiteKnowledge
of CA Wage and Hour laws.Exceptional leadership & interpersonal
communication skills both written and verbal.Earns the trust and
confidence of coworkers and customers through honest communication,
ethical behavior, and professionalism in all interactions.Possess
articulate, proactive, positive, dependable, trustworthy, and
highly ethical traitsContinuous improvement skills (e.g., root
cause & corrective action planning)The ability to generate new
ideas supports change, provides innovative solutions, and solves
problems creatively.Able to reprioritize work and focus, adapting
to changing organizational priorities.Enables team members to grow
and succeed through feedback, instruction, and
encouragement.Excellent project management, multitasking, and
