ProETCH is a rigorous feature-scale etch simulator, and in this role, you will be defining the Research and Development roadmap for ProETCH and managing a team of research scientists to execute the development of the roadmap. This includes Identifying required improvements to the model for the etch process, such as new physics and chemistry.
Developing algorithms to solve equations describing the etch model accurately and efficiently
Improving the methodology for fitting the model to match experimental data
This will require you to work on a cross-functional team that includes applications, marketing, and software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience using simulation to better understand plasma etch process research and development as well as experience using simulation to more efficiently optimize existing etch processes to achieve etch profile targets, such as CD, sidewall angle, taper, aspect-ratio dependent etch. Minimum Qualifications

• Doctorate (Academic) with a minimum of 10 years of experience OR
