Director I to manage and coordinate information systems to meet
program goals and organizational objectives. Job responsibilities
and duties include: Be a thought leader, understand the latest
trends and capabilities to implement modern and successful
solutions.Make a significant hands-on contribution to the
development of the optimization products. Author, document, and
maintain the associated code base and unit tests. Serve as a source
of technical expertise and a mentor across development
teams.Proactively prioritize projects, manage customer
expectations, and organizing the team's effort and
effectiveness.Become a change agent ensuring lean principles and
best practices are followed.Provide solutions with a blueprint to
all requirements with client facing experience. Analyze business
requirements and create and deliver project plans. Manage
end-users, Application Developers, analyst, system changes.Good
Stakeholder management. Identify detailed business requirements to
support implementation within the scope of prioritized enhancements
and projects. Help clients proactively plan and implement
post-merger integration and carve-out activities as well as manage
complex transformation initiatives. Work collaboratively within
integrated, cross-functional teams to deliver M&A engagements
across all phases of M&A lifecycle including due-diligence,
pre-close, post-merger integration, and business transformation.
Participate actively in client or management discussions to gather
data and understand issues. Lead project work streams, including
project staffing, budgeting, planning, and status updating and work
autonomously with little direction. Interact with senior level
internals, and external clients to present various analyses,
discuss recommendations, and provide project financial advice.
Facilitate working sessions of medium to large sized groups. Manage
and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.
Establish controls and ensure quality and integrity of engagement
and/or client financial records and reporting. Conduct quality
reviews and provide feedback of technical work products of junior
resources. Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to proposal
efforts from the project management/control perspective. Select the
most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements
such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and
interpreting and reporting on outputs. Manage day-to-day
interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Maintain contact
with top decision makers at key clients. Perform role of counselor
and coach and actively participate in staff recruitment and
retention activities. Present content which addresses client needs
in solutioning sessions to drive toward a decision and validate
that decision with client leadership to drive company growth and
progress. This position supervises the work of one (1) employee,
