drive growth. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of
Customer Success to lead our customer success team, leveraging
their expertise in consulting and SaaS Customer Success leadership
to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our
solutions.Location: Bay Area Preferred but will consider RemoteKey
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the customer success
strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives. Drive
initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and
retention.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing
customer success team. Foster a collaborative and customer-focused
culture within the team, ensuring their professional development
and growth.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships
with key customers. Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery
teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and
ongoing support.
- Customer Success Programs: Design and implement customer
success programs, including training sessions, workshops, and
webinars, to help clients maximize the value of Session AI's
products and services.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback, analyze
customer data, and work closely with product development teams to
drive product improvements based on customer needs and
preferences.
- Renewals and Upselling: Manage customer renewals and expansion
opportunities. Work closely with sales teams to identify upselling
opportunities and drive revenue growth from existing
customers.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators
(KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer success
initiatives. Provide regular reports and updates to the executive
team. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA
required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on
customer relationship management and business strategy.
- At least 7 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success
Leadership roles, preferably in a technology-driven
environment.
- Proven track record of building and leading successful Customer
Success teams in the SaaS Enterprise Software Industry.
- Strong understanding of Customer Success best practices,
methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and
trends to drive informed decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and
adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and a deep understanding of
customer needs and pain points in the SaaS industry.
