Base Pay Range: $188,900.00 - $321,100.00 AnnuallyPrimary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLAKLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits identified below. There is never a dull moment with us.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Responsibilities: --- Accurately forecast business to meet bookings objectives. --- Structure and negotiate business deals that meet the customer's and division's objectives. --- Plan and coordinate product demos, customer visits, and all customer meetings that involve division personnel. --- Foster technical and operational relationships at all levels internal and externally. --- Align customer requirements vs. division priorities. --- Co-work with different divisions and BD to provide KLA solutions Preferred Qualifications: --- The ideal candidate will understand Taiwan semiconductor market. --- Have experience in the semiconductor industry with sales, business development or marketing background. --- Has negotiation sense and analytical skills. --- Must have financial/business knowledge to do recommendation or proposal --- Capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities short and long term. --- Able to derive/understand the proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet/exceed the objectives. --- Aptitude to navigate through complex and dynamic selling environment. --- Experience working with Global customers and regions --- 25-30% travel may require Minimum Qualifications B.S. in Engineering, with > 5years of Semiconductor Equipment sales experience.
