position leads Sephora's loyalty partnerships strategy and
operations, with a particular focus on how the loyalty ecosystem is
brought to life at S@K. It coordinates across loyalty teams to
ensure that the right benefits and promotions are enacted at S@K
and other partners, further enhancing and differentiating the
Sephora Loyalty program.Responsibilities:Loyalty Partnership
Management (25%)
- Manage partner value proposition enhancements to the BI program
across rewards bazaar and promotional activities.
- Vet partnership opportunities, handle contract negotiation and
program execution.
- Serve as key POC for Marketing Partnerships team on loyalty
benefit-related projects.
- Partner with PdM on technology projects for loyalty
partnerships, leading business strategy.
- Lead business strategy for each project.S@K Loyalty Program
Management (15%)
- Lead resource management for S@K team on BI benefits.
- Manage promotional events and sampling at Kohls.
- Ensure program enhancement to drive S@K business.
- Coordinate loyalty initiatives for S@K rollout.Loyalty
Ecosystem Orchestration (15%)
- Connect projects and programs to maximize business impact.
- Ensure inclusion of all channels - Canada, US, and Kohls.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrate Sephora values: Passion for Client Service,
Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and
Initiative.
- Foster a culture of respect and excellence.
- Manage career development and team growth.
- Set clear goals and provide mentorship.Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in leading marketing, loyalty, or
promotional programs.
- 10+ years of experience coaching, developing & managing direct
reports.
- Strong ability to lead complex cross-functional projects.
- Solid skills in strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
- End-to-end program delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be creative with solutions.
- Strong understanding of technology & digital
platform.Additional Information:
- Position Location: Hybrid - onsite 2 days weekly at San
Francisco HQ.
- Reports to: SVP/GM, Loyalty.
- Direct Reports: 3 Directors/Senior Managers.
- Indirect Reports: 5 team members.The annual base salary range
for this position is $175,000.00- $195,000.00. The actual base
salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include,
as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position;
years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of
education attained; certifications or other professional licenses
held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors
specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the
applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn
