Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead the Accounting Operations and help drive efficiency, accuracy, and process improvement.Accounting Manager$130k - $135k + discretionary bonus--- Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, providing timely and accurate financial data for executives review and decision-making.--- Oversee comprehensive accounting functions, including reconciliations, general ledger, AP/AR, cash management, compliance, budgets, and the preparation of financial statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.--- Oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial statement reporting packages and variance analyses for management.--- Supervise 2-3 staff--- Other duties as neededQualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
• 5+ years real estate accounting
• Management experience
• Experience with multi-family
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
