Key Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Hospital, you will:
        • Assess and address patients' psychological and physical needs, developing individualized treatment plans.
          • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and oversee LPNs and CNAs.
            • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory guidelines.
              • Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and recognize potential complications.
                • Actively engage in communication with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient conditions and treatment plans.
                  • Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
                    • Promote a safe, compassionate, and healing environment for all patients. Position Details
                      • Shift: Part -Time NIGHT Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
                        • S cheduled Weekly Hours: 24
                          • Location : Good Samaritan Hospital
                            • Work City : Lafayette, CO Minimum Qualifications
                              • 2 Years of Labor & Delivery Experience
                                • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
                                  • ASN/ADN required ; BSN must be obtained within four years of hire unless exempt
                                    • Current RN license in the state of Colorado
                                      • Additional certifications (ACLS/NRP/PALS) as required by the unit
                                        • Previous RN experience preferred
                                          • Strong communication , collaboration, and organizational skills
                                            • Proficient in the use of technology and quick to adapt to new systems Physical Requirements
                                              • Ability to see and read patient information, labels, and equipment
                                                • Frequent verbal communication and quick response to emergency situations
                                                  • Manual dexterity for precise equipment manipulation, including computer use
                                                    • Capability to lift and transfer patients and equipment
                                                      • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Additional Information
