Job Description:The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional
caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for
assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients.
The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology,
therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination

reimbursement program. Key Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse
(RN) at Good Samaritan Hospital, you will:
- Assess and address patients' psychological and physical needs,
developing individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver
comprehensive care and oversee LPNs and CNAs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and
regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and
recognize potential complications.
- Actively engage in communication with physicians and other
healthcare providers regarding patient conditions and treatment
plans.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and
their families.
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and healing environment for all
patients. Position Details
- Shift: Part -Time NIGHT Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
- S cheduled Weekly Hours: 24
- Location : Good Samaritan Hospital
- Work City : Lafayette, CO Minimum Qualifications
- 2 Years of Labor & Delivery Experience
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- ASN/ADN required ; BSN must be obtained within four years of
hire unless exempt
- Current RN license in the state of Colorado
- Additional certifications (ACLS/NRP/PALS) as required by the
unit
- Previous RN experience preferred
- Strong communication , collaboration, and organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of technology and quick to adapt to new
systems Physical Requirements
- Ability to see and read patient information, labels, and
equipment
- Frequent verbal communication and quick response to emergency
situations
- Manual dexterity for precise equipment manipulation, including
computer use
- Capability to lift and transfer patients and equipment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Additional

Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $37.17 - $54.53 We
