Job Description:

As a Wound Care RN, provide personalized care, assessments, wound
management, and education to acutely and chronically ill
patients.
Perform skin care, dressing changes, medication administration, and
monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement restorative
nursing programs aimed at improving patient outcomes.
