Job Description:
At Kaiser Permanente Georgia, we are seeking a dedicated Staff
Nurse II Float who is committed to providing exceptional patient
care across various departments. This role requires adaptability
and proficiency in multiple nursing disciplines to adequately
support and cover shifts, enhancing our continuum of care model.
Ideal candidates are those who embody our values of excellence and
compassion, ensuring our members receive the best possible care
within our integrated health system. Provide high-quality nursing
care to patients in a float capacity, covering various departments
as needed. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and
implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled
patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention or provide case management. Maintaining flexibility to
work in varied health services settings as dictated by staffing
needs. Strong clinical skills across various nursing departments
Excellent patient management and case handling Adaptability to
different health services settings Proficient in Electronic Health
Record (EHR) software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the
state of Georgia Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification desirable
