Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a Director of Food and Nutrition Services to
lead and oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations within
a healthcare setting. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader
who can balance operational efficiencies with nutritional
excellence, ensuring that all food services enhance patient
outcomes and meet regulatory compliance standards. The Director
will manage a large team, design innovative menu solutions, and
maintain the highest levels of patient satisfaction and safety in a
fast-paced environment. Oversee daily operations of the food
service department within a healthcare facility. Develop and
execute menus that meet dietary and nutritional requirements.
Manage budgeting and financial planning for the department,
including cost control and resource allocation. Ensure compliance
with health, safety, and nutritional policies. Lead, recruit, and
train food service staff. Collaborate with healthcare professionals
to tailor diets to patient needs. Monitor and continually improve
patient and staff satisfaction. Implement innovative food service
programs and technologies. Strong leadership and organizational
skills. Expertise in nutritional guidelines and dietary needs
specific to healthcare. Proficient in financial management and cost
control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to manage and motivate a diverse team. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Dietitian (RD) or
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) preferred. Certification in
food safety and handling.
