process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA
to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume
production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement
towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG),
which is responsible for creating all of KLA's metrology and
inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest
research scientist, software engineers, application development
engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. The
Broadband Plasma Division (BBP) provides market-leading patterned
wafer optical inspection systems for leading-edge IC manufacturing.
Logic, foundry, and memory customers depend on BBP products to
detect yield-critical defects for process debug and excursion
monitoring at advanced process nodes. BBP flagship products include
the 29xx and 39xx series which leverage Broadband Plasma technology
to capture a wide range of defects with ultimate sensitivity at the
optical inspection speeds needed for inline defect
monitoring.Design and develop the world's most advanced wafer
inspection and measurement equipment for semiconductor and
nanoelectronics industries. Understand system and customer
requirements and map them to a software design. Conduct software
development using C++, C#, or Java. Take ownership of software
design and development tasks for current and future generation of
products. Work with various stakeholders during software product
life cycle for requirement analysis, design, coding, integration,
and testing. Create tools capable of finding defects smaller than a
wavelength of visible light. Develop smarter inspection processes
that can help manufacture high-performance chips. Identify software
system software solutions that drive progress. Rapidly incorporate
evolving ideas from academia and industry into useful solutions for
our internal and external customers.Position requires experience
in:- Programming languages: Java, C#, C++, and Python;- Developing
and debugging software to control hardware including:
electro-mechanical systems, opto-mechanical systems, data
acquisition hardware, servo control systems, or robotics;-
Object-Oriented Software Analysis;- Multi-thread/parallel
processing;- UML modeling;- Software Design and development.Minimum
QualificationsDoctorate (Academic) or work experience of 0 years ,
Master's Level Degree or work experience of 2 years , Bachelor's
Level Degree or work experience of 3 yearsCOVID-19 Vaccination
