We are looking for highly passionate individuals to join our team to help and drive the growth and success of our company.Who You Are:A seasoned Senior System Administrator who has experience working with consulting teams in an MSP setting. You are no stranger to managing large and complex projects. You stand out among other candidates because you possess strengths with key project characteristics from communication, preparation, monitoring, and management of project budgets, scope, schedules, risks, resource planning, and other project KPIs. You have a proven track record of dealing directly with and taking full responsibility/ownership of client relationships and can easily evaluate the customer's needs and provide the right solutions.So here is the Job:This is a new position, to be located at our corporate offices in Milpitas. The role requires the ability to pull detailed data, analyze it, and provide recommendations based on their understanding of the processes, people and/or system(s) they are working with. Your project scope will fluctuate based on the business needs, You will be responsible for deploying, modifying, monitoring, and maintaining systems infrastructure on-premise or on-cloud. You will also have to integrate and maintain cloud based applications and systems. Our environment looks like this:

  • VeeamRequirements:
    • Extensive experience and knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS services
    • Extensive experience and knowledge of installing, configuring and maintaining VMWare infrastructure
    • Extensive experience and knowledge of configuration and maintenance of enterprise storage such as NetApp or alike.
    • Extensive experience and knowledge of installing, configuring and maintaining Veeam backup software
    • A full understanding of Microsoft 365 and G Suite administration and experience supporting complex environments
    • In-depth knowledge related to the Office 365 applications and features including Azure Directory
    • Experience with SSO/MFA integration between Office 365, G Suite, Box and other major cloud service providers
    • Experience with MDM solution such as Workspace One is a plus
    • Windows Power-shell experience related to Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Exchange Server
    • Understanding of systems engineering and platform architecture
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail
    • Experience implementing and supporting Office 365 in medium-sized environments
    • Strong knowledge related to email security and security practices in general
    • Exposure of supporting systems on AWS and AWS backup is a plus
    • Exposure to patch management, image building (preferably using MDT),
    • Must have at least 5+ years Systems Administration experience
    • Must have 2+ years of Microsoft 365 experience including migrations
    • Professional and can take full ownership of individual tasks to deliver in a timely manner
