culture has opening for a REMOTE Workers' Compensation Defense
Attorney for the Northern California team. Position Overview We are
seeking a skilled Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate
will have expertise in Workers' Compensation and experience with
depositions. This role involves providing legal advice,
representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings, and
ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in legal proceedings related to workers'
compensation cases. Conduct depositions and prepare legal documents
for court. Advise clients on legal rights and options regarding
workers' compensation claims. Prepare and present cases in court,
including trials if necessary. Research and analyze legal issues
related to workers' compensation law. Negotiate settlements on
behalf of clients when appropriate. Qualifications Juris Doctor
(JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to
practice law in California 1 years of experience in Workers'
Compensation. Strong skills in conducting depositions and legal
research. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
