Key Responsibilities Draft contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents Conduct thorough legal research and analysis Prepare for and represent clients in legal proceedings Collaborate with senior attorneys to provide strategic legal counsel Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients Maintain accurate and detailed client records Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and successful completion of the bar exam Active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Collaborative mindset with a focus on client success
