The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning and
executing integrated marketing communications campaigns that build
awareness, generate conversions and drive leads for Renesas
business units. This role is responsible for identifying, managing
and leveraging the full mix of marketing activities, both internal
and external, to support each campaign, as well as tracking
This role will work closely with the other Marketing
Communication and Demand Creation teams as well as partner with the
business units to craft campaign messages, identify and create
deliverables, lead meetings, and pull and report results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create campaign plans that align with the business unit’s
objectives and strategy.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams (product, web, email, PR,
lead gen, graphics teams) to develop and deliver complete
integrated marketing campaign plans.
Develop and craft messaging and key messages to support each
Create content for full suite of marketing communications
activities – email, online advertising, website landing pages and
other digital content – designed to drive activity and leads.
Provide events support to events team, including messaging,
communications deliverables, and logistics (where necessary), for
Create complete campaign summaries and results, present to core
campaign teams on a regular basis. Analyze results and adjust
messaging and deliverables to optimize results.
Understand the full buyer’s journey from awareness to leads and
how to optimize the points in between.
Experience, Skills and Education:
BS or BA in marketing, communications preferred.
Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in B2B marketing required.
Successful time management, organizational and problem-solving
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure
projects are on track at all times.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and
comfortable presenting to audiences regularly.
Ability to lead cross-functionally and collaborate and operate
in a team environment.
Experience and knowledge of understanding marketing automation
and web analytics and the ability to translate into business
Prior experience creating and managing digital marketing assets,
content, and supporting event content and logistics.
Ability to complete projects, tasks and deliverables on time,
and drive cross-functional team members to complete their
respective projects on time.
