Description:Principle Accountabilities: * Electric Mechanical Assembly* Product is in the design/development stage* Must have strong computer skills to complete training and documentation* Must have experience scanning documents into computer* PCBA Level to System Integration* Assembly & Inspection* Utilizes Microscope for detailed assembly of small parts* Ability to work with small components* Professional communication - Client Facing* Clean Room Environment - Metal Free* Ability to stand/sit 2-3 hours at a time* Consider strong candidates with the aptitude to learn quickly* Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.* Performs intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, and color-coding parts and assemblies.* Tends machines that press, shape, or wind component parts.* Quality Tests - Performs online go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.* Sets up station with the correct documents and components per assembly drawing.* Handles/install polarized/non-polarized components on designated location on the product.* Adjusts or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical requirements or dimensional characteristics.* Assist in performing repair work.* Communicates any process problems with peers, leads, supervisors, and/or engineers.HS or GED Required. 3 years of electronic assembly experienceCleanroom Exposure Needed (Minimum 1 year)Must be able to alternate standing and sitting to perform dutiesStrong computer skillsExcellent communication skillsSwing shift - 2:30-11 p.m.Skills:Assemble, Detail, Mechanical, Hand tool, Electrical, microscope, computer skills, scannerTop Skills Details:Mechanical Assembly, Computer, Microscope, CleanroomAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Detailed / patient/good hand coordination Good eyes sightBe able to use Microscope (Tiny Component)Can be trained for Optical skill (Build & Inspect)Experience Level:Entry Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
