The Global Service Support Organization (GSS) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The GSS organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts. KLA tool downtime can prevent timely IC process monitoring and interrupt wafer production flow. Service Analytics is an emerging customer need that requires large amounts of tool health data and innovative Machine Learning algorithms and has the promise to identify KLA tool health issues before they impact our customers' production. The Service Analytics PMM is a newly crafted role within GSS Marketing. We're team-oriented so you'll have a great opportunity to learn from experts across GSS including Marketing, Sales, Product Support, Customer Experience, and Field Teams. As part of GSS Marketing you will help to develop and extend our capabilities in the emerging field of Service Analytics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with an elite team of GSS Marketing PMMs to build uniform Service Analytics requirements across the entire KLA product portfolio
  • Develop offerings from the ground up, including customer-ready documentation and pricing
  • Develop and present Service Analytics value models and messages in support of the targeted monetization strategy
  • Handle Analytics data sharing agreements between KLA and its customers
  • Collaborate with KLA leaders in the field and customers to educate and compel KLA Service Analytics offerings throughout the entire purchase cycle We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package. Minimum Qualifications Master's Level Degree or work experience of 4 years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 5 years, strong technology orientation. Desirable qualifications include:
    • Business experience with Analytics technologies, implementation, and offerings
    • Understanding of large capital equipment technology and business cycles, in semiconductor or other industrial processing
    • Independent analytical skills for identifying and prioritizing opportunities
    • Ability to synthesize key requirements from a sea of disparate inputs
