We are looking for an energetic and creative individual focused on
NAND memory based storage systems, serving the Automotive markets.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with 3rd party vendor and perform and/or review flash
storage based 3D NAND systems design, analysis, integration and
verification from product definition and planning through
production and release. For examples:
- Ensure system design features meet product level read/write
performance, latency and reliability requirements
- Review system handling of NAND defects and errors to meet
product level dppm target
- Establish full system validation coverage on all design
- Review and perform product level failure debug and
- As needed, perform bench validation to validate system design
- Work cross functionally with internal teams such as NAND
design, device, product, application and system
validation/reliability teams during entire planning, development
and qualification phases.
- Provides feedbacks on new 3D NAND system features for next
generation memory and product developments.
- Open to travel as needed
- Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Material
Science Engineering, or Solid-State Physics with 5+ years of
- Knowledge of NAND flash is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming in high level languages (e.g. C, C++,
Python) is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend complex technical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong team player who can collaborate with colleagues

- An employee's pay position within the salary range may be based
on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant
education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2)
skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance,
contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6)
internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational
