Job Description:
-Lead the Emulation effort for ASIC SoC verification:
Responsible for Emulation System
Architecture and Design Validation.Design test logic and test
software, write automation scripts (python, tcl, json). -Port ASIC
and IP RTL code to prototyping and emulation platformsWork very
closely with Architecture, Systems, Software and Verification teams
to document requirements, define emulation architecture, implement
designs on emulation platforms and complete emulation test
coverage.Assist debug of failures by providing instrumenteda models
and captured waveforms extracted from in-circuit debug logic -Job
Qualifications: -
BSEE required/MSEE preferred8+ years
of experience in SoC design or EmulationExcellent System Verilog
and VHDL knowledgeWorking knowledge of DDR, PCIe, SPI, Ethernet,
UART, eMMC, I2CKnowledge of ARM processors and standard Bus
protocols such as AXI, APB and AHBKnowledge of FPGA implementation
flows and tools; Synthesis, P&R and Timing closure using Intel
Quartus and Xilinx VivadoUnderstanding of software and hardware
co-simulation debug methodsHands on experience with lab FPGA debug
methodologies and lab debug equipment (oscilloscopes, logic
analyzers)Experience understanding software and hardware
co-simulation limitations and debug methods -Preferred Skills &
Experience:
Experience in emulation and
prototyping with FPGAs and technologies like Palladium/Zebu/Veloce
or HAPSExperience in programming and scripting languages (like
perl/python/C)Experience with wireless systems or
protocolsExperience with Ethernet systems and protocolsExperience
