Operations Lead will provide guidance and coordination in daily
activities across our Consignment Program with top customers to
overseeing, maintaining accuracy with RMA and consignment inventory
management; identifying and resolving proactively and swiftly any
issues, coordinating closely with customer support organization as
well collaborating directly with customers.Required Skills and
Qualifications:
- Review, recommend and generate agreement quarterly on customer
consignment inventory level based on seasonality and other factors;
ensure it is integrated into the forecasting/planning requirements
at lead time and proper priority is giving to this Program in case
of allocation
- Monitor, review frequently weekly customer consignment
inventory consumption and ensure timely replenishment. Work to
resolve inventory replacement shortage and issues and collaborate
with logistics and 3PL
- Drive frequent inventory monitoring, identification, and
reconciliation of inventory gaps between physical inventory and
systems
- Track weekly defective inventory returns
- Open update and monitor cases in our customer support portal
and ensure open cases are resolved quickly. Work with customer
support team to resolve related issues
- Collaborate weekly with Logistic team and 3PLs as well as
customers to flash out and resolve any issues and ensure customer
satisfaction with the Program. Improve continuously process and
systems for more automation, efficiencies and accuracies.Job
RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in inventory management in particular VMI and
consignment models
- 3-5 years in customer support / customer facing experience with
sense of urgency and customer care
- Individual contributor, strong team player but can lead
cross-functional teams and projects. Experience in collaboration as
team member or lead with warehouses, logistics & customers
- Advanced excel skill and ERP system savvy
- Hands-on, attention to details, analytical skills and problem
solver
- Energetic, independent minded requiring limited direct
supervision. Dependable and ready to go the extra mile when
needed.
- Must have outstanding professional verbal and written
communication skills along with the ability to effectively
collaborate and manage different audiences and key business
stakeholders.
- Continuous process and system improvement minded in a
cross-functional, cross company environment. It is important to be
comfortable to define and drive implementation of new and improved
processes, not just manage existing processes / systems that are
limited and need more structure.

California at the start of employment is expected to be between
$38-40 per hour. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates
will fall near the middle of this range. However, base pay offered
is based on market location, and may vary further depending on
individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related
knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business
