unlock the opportunities of tomorrow. As a Solutions Architect, you
will:
- Work closely with cross functional Business and Technical teams
and is responsible for managing the end-to-end solution design.
More specifically, Solution Architect will be responsible for the
following job duties:
- Strategize and plan an entire project, including moving the
data and converting content as necessary, while considering risks
and potential impacts
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions with
Business Stakeholders.
- Perform FIT/GAP analysis on Business requirements
- Document gathered software requirements/user stories and review
the list of requirements/user stories with Business for
sign-off.
- Design and document sound functional and technical solutions,
including process flows, technical customizations and integrations,
based on customer requirements. Work with the stakeholders - to get
sign-off.
- Perform demos throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform testing of end-to-end solutions in conjunction with
development team and Business Stakeholders.
- Create and develop training materials and conduct/deliver
end-user training to Users.
- Be the subject matter expert to answer functional and technical
questions. The Team You'll Work With - The Business Technology &
System team builds products & tools to support every single
business selling products / supporting operations at Carta. We are
the backbone of the business, and our goal is to be the growth
driver for the company. We develop the platform, infrastructure,
and tools that run the business, and we optimize for the long-term
success of our internal teams and customers. About You
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science preferred.
- Must have at least 5 years of enterprise level experience as a
Solution Architect and/or Senior Business Systems Analyst
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead business discussions
with Business teams and architect the value of a solution and the
best practices to implement it.
- Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation,
business analysis, systems design and integration.
- Experience with solution implementation in the areas of
quote-to-cash
- Delivering moderate to complex salesforce.com (Force.com
platform) - solutions, deal desk and Contract lifecycle management

- Experience with gap analysis and blueprint development.
- Experience with system design using configuration and/or
customization, integration, testing and support.
- Experience in delivering end to end solutions through the
entire SDLC - right from running requirement gathering workshops,
design, build, test, deployment, UAT.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration,
interfaces and reports would be beneficial.
- Must be a strong team player with excellent communication
skills at the business and functional level, able to collaborate as
part of a team to deliver exceptional results in a fast paced
implementation environment.
- Experience managing tasks on multiple projects simultaneously
Salary Carta's compensation package includes a market competitive
salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and,
for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash
compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this
role is: -
- -$189,600 - $237,000 -in San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA;
New York, NY
-$170,640 - $213,300 -in Seattle, WA
