this. Let's change the world! This critical role is a
customer-facing position responsible for executing the customer
aspects of the Neuroimmunology Business Units' peer-to-peer
strategies and building productive relationships with speakers,
thought leaders, and other key influencers in their assigned
geography. The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is responsible for
liaising with Sales, Site of Care, and Medical Affairs to address
customer needs, initiate appropriate projects of mutual interest,
anticipate market trends, and gather competitive intelligence,
ensuring delivery against the Business Unit objectives. The TLL
will coordinate with the organization to ensure a cohesive customer
experience.Responsibilities
- Build relationships with existing and new thought leaders for
involvement in current and future commercial activities
- Create local peer-to-peer strategies aligned with national and
regional marketing and sales plans
- Coordinate with sales and marketing to address thought leader
concerns and needs promptly
- Develop relationships with key physician and patient
organizations in collaboration with the advocacy team
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term KOL engagement
plans
- Share insights from thought leaders to shape brand strategy and
prepare for lifecycle management and market entry
- Identify evidence gaps through discussions and
observations
- Disseminate insights to stakeholders to inform strategy and
planning
- Coordinate leadership interactions at conferences
- Identify opportunities for strategic involvement with thought
leaders
- Assist with speaker events, including selection, training, and
review for messaging and compliance
- Collaborate on peer-to-peer programs and contribute to content
developmentWinWhat we expect of youWe value diverse contributions

with these qualifications:Basic QualificationsDoctorate degree with
2 years of marketing or sales experience, orMaster's degree with 4
years, orBachelor's degree with 6 years, orAssociates degree with
10 years, orHigh school diploma/GED with 12 years of
experience.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry (field sales,
marketing, medical, clinical)
- Experience in neurology, rheumatology, or gastroenterology
- Exposure to multiple sclerosis and MS centers
- Clinical experience in rare diseases or biologics
- Thought leader or KOL leadership experience
- Proven track record of achievement in cross-functional
teams
- Experience across multiple commercial functions
- Ability to develop and execute action plans
- Leadership, strategic agility, and persuasive skills
- Strong collaboration and leadership abilities
- Effective presentation skills
- Organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Clinical/business acumenTravel Requirements
- Willing to travel up to 80%, including weekends and overnight
programs
