The candidate will also monitor and engage employees in safety and performance initiatives.Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the department is well-organized, staffed, and operationally efficient, meeting all delivery deadlines
• Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals and updates
• Schedule staff to meet productivity and overtime targets
• Ensure compliance with all relevant government and industry regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, HACCP)
• Document and improve department processes continuously
• Ensure timely and accurate production of all flights' catering needs
• Monitor safety practices and ensure regulatory compliance
• Perform other duties as assignedLeadership and Development
  • Guide, motivate, and develop staff in line with HR policies
  • Model company values and management principles
  • Manage productivity hours and costs, initiating corrective actions when necessary
  • Support initiatives like Quality, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, and Employee SafetyQualifications and Skills
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
    • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Ability to lead teams to achieve goals and improve productivity
    • Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations
