The RoleWe're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to enhance the workflows of our external customers and internal users, and drive operational efficiency as Pulley continues to scale. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with no-code or low-code tools. This role will report to the Head of Product.On a regular basis, you can expect to contribute in the following ways:

  • Influence the direction of the product roadmap by organizing and prioritizing inbound feedback and ad hoc feature requests
  • Use low-code and no-code tools to build user-facing experiences and process automations
  • Take ownership of driving process improvements that enable cross-functional teams to move faster and mitigate operational risk
  • Document and train internal teams on new feature releases, communicate product updates to customers Who You Are
    • 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Customer Success, Implementation, Customer Experience Engineering, or similar field
    • Strong understanding of low-code or no-code tools, such as Notion, Airtable, Zapier, and other automation tools
    • Intuitive operational and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
    • Comfortable solving ambiguous problems and seeking simple solutions Nice To Have
      • Baseline understanding of and experience with SQL or other data analytics tools
      • Interest in leveraging AI tools and technologies to help drive operational efficiency
      • Hungry, ambitious, and scrappy work ethic (with a good sense of humor)!
