Operators Essential Functions and Responsibilities: line setup
(Technician, SMT, Electro Mechanical,THT) Machine operation (Ekra
printer, Parmi SPI, ASM surface mount placement, Rehm reflow,
Viscom AOXI, Ersa Wave Solder, Ersa Selective Solder, Ersa Solder
pot, GE Phoenix x-ray, Takaya Flying Probe, GAS router, etc.) Data
recording (product completion, time logging, product acceptance,
etc.) Visual verification (cosmetic, industry workmanship
standards, customer standards) Manual soldering (lead and lead-free
soldering of various devices) Component/assembly handling (ESD,
MSD) Test operation, test debug (read/interpret schematics,
customer test plan, diagnose electrical issues) Defect disposition
(rework, repair, use-as-is, MRB) Assembly rework/repair (bring
product back to customer specifications) Mechanical assembly (board
level mechanical and system level assembly) Assembly and fixture
cleaning (Trident batch wash) Support continuous improvement
projects Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned Company Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is recruiting for a Material
Specialist, for a 1 year contract assignment at the Hanford Waste
Treatment Plant in Richland, WA. This role offers a W2 hourly base
rate with time and a half for overtime, per diem, and
mobilization/demobilization. U.S. Citizenship is required. Pay Rate
- $55.00 to $65.00 per hour pending education and experience
Project Overview: Bechtel is constructing the world---s largest
radioactive waste treatment plant for the Department of Energy. The
Hanford Tank Waste Treatment Plant (WTP) will use vitrification
technology to process radioactive and chemical waste. This position
is located 22 miles north of Richland and works a 4x10 schedule,
Monday-Thursday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. Selected applicant needs to be
able and willing to work weekends as needed. JOB SUMMARY The WTP
Site Support Services/Distribs operates within the Facility
Management organization of WTCC and reports to the Warehouse
Supervisor and the Site Support Services Manager. MAJOR
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS Principal Accountabilities: ---
Utilization of inventory data base management tools. --- Originate
Field Material Requests (FMRs) for Non-Permanent items. ---
Maintain files of requisitions, receiving reports and related
inventory documents. --- Facilitate expedited procurement of items
for critical path activities. --- Generate and analyze low
inventory report for all onsite tool cribs. Submit FMR---s as
needed. --- Research, evaluate and procure specialized product as
needed and requested. --- Continually facilitate communication
between Buyers, End Users, Craft and Superintendents. --- Support
the project through the research, procurement, and storage of
tools. --- Create and Submit FMRs for tool repairs as needed. ---
Initiate Disposition/Excess of tools, working with Government
Property Specialist to properly excess items as needed. ---
Initiate, complete and submit quarterly and annual reporting. ---
Work with and guide craft personnel on matters involving tool and
material identification, property excess, inventory, and tool
repairs. --- Monitor Min/Max for Janitorial Supplies and submit
FMR---s as needed. --- Monitor Lumber Supplies and submit FMR---s
as needed. --- Develop and maintain direct working relationship
with Safety, Superintendents, Asset Management, Field Material
Management, Procurement, and Craft. REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS
Education: --- Associate (or higher) Degree related to science,
technology, engineering, mathematics, computer/software science, or
environment management and a minimum of 3 years of experience ---
In lieu of formal degree, a minimum of 9 years equivalent
competency through related education or specific training and
experience in an area of expertise that support Plant Engineering.
Basic Qualifications: --- Upon reporting, must be able to complete
and pass a medical evaluation for badging purposes. Must have full
mobility, be able to walk on uneven or broken surfaces (rocks,
gravel, etc.). The examination includes but is not limited to
ability to pass blood pressure test, able to bend, twist, pull,
push, climb, and lift more than 20 lbs. --- Must be able to
complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
which includes verification of employment and education. --- Must
be able to obtain a Department of Energy badge for access to the
Hanford Site. --- Possess the legal right to work and remain in the
United States without sponsorship. --- No per diem allowed for this
position. Preferred Qualifications: --- Experience with inventory
data base management tools --- Working knowledge with ToolHound and
Bechtel Procurement System --- Fluent use of Microsoft Office Suite
with proficiency in Excel --- Min/Max Management --- Broad
knowledge of construction tools --- Experience working with craft
